Passive manifestation is where It's at
I observe that things usually manifest themselves in 1 of 2 ways, actively or passively. Let's say I have a hankering for ice cream, so I get in my car, go to the store, walk to the ice cream cooler and purchase an ice cream for myself. There I manifested some ice cream! This is what I call active manifestation and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. The Universe provided for my desire as always.
But is there anything better than silently asking the Universe for something and having it show up in a very short period of time through no other effort of your own? This is what I call passive manifestation, and it gives me Supreme Joy each time I experience it.
To remind you, the beloved reader, of the Great Power that is, allow me to share one such experience:
I had recently gotten a new cell phone and needed to have my address book transferred over from my old one. I dropped off both my phones at the Verizon store, made my request, and picked them up about an hour later. Since I was in no hurry to call anyone specifically, I didn't notice that only part of my address book had been transferred to my new phone. In a word, I was a little annoyed that I had to make a second visit to the store.
Simultaneously, I was thinking that I really needed to call my niece and wish her a happy birthday. While I new that I could retrieve her number from my old phone and manually dial it into my new phone, wish her a happy birthday and be done with it, I didn't. Technology is not for a lot of button pushing! So, I agreed that I would call her after my second attempt at transferring my address book.
She, my niece, was the only person I was interested in calling.
A second time, I pick up my phone. Blonde that I am, I do not check it until after I leave the store. (Right about now you must be thinking I'm not too bright. :) Anyhow, while I was driving I was thinking of how I needed to call my niece. At the next stoplight, I grab my new phone to dial her and find that of the 100+ contacts that should have been transferred over, hers was THE ONLY ONE!
I smiled from ear to ear as I wished her a happy birthday, remembering that when she was born we talked of how she resembled a fairy and was surely "in tune" with how my family related to the Universe. Then I promptly returned to the Verizon store, albeit not the slightest bit annoyed this time.
This is an example of passive manifestation. There is zero possibility that I had anything to do with only her number being transferred into my new phone. The only thing I did was think of how I needed to call her without dialing a lot of numbers.
When The Secret came out a few years ago, one of the things it did was rekindle, the Knowing that we are not alone in this Life experience. Since then, there has been a plethora of information on all the things we need to "do" or "be" in order to see things manifest as we would like. For yourself, has all that information fueled your fire of Knowing or extinguished it?
If you are busy "making" your desires manifest; take a step back, relax and allow the Universe to do it's part. You too, will be supremely satisfied and grinning from ear to ear.
Have you had it up to here with being told why the Law of Attraction isn’t giving you what you want?! Oh let’s see, you’re not feeling it enough. You’re not being it enough. You’re not visualizing enough. Or, you’re visualizing the wrong way. Or, you’re resisting the process. Or maybe it’s not time yet. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. What is all this static? Resistance.
Here’s the real deal. The Law of Attraction IS working… in fact, it is ALWAYS working and there is nothing you, or I, or anyone else can do to stop the Law of Attraction from working. That’s why it is one of those beloved UNIVERSAL LAWS. Simply put, the Law of Attraction just IS.
However, just because It IS, doesn’t mean there is nothing one can do about it. We have to remember how to use it.
Remember this key question, “What am I attracting?” Because you are attracting, whether you like it or not, whether you know it or not, you are.

One of the MOST important (and probably MOST neglected) ingredients in speeding up the manifestation process is:
To HONESTLY feel your current moment/circumstance/situation.
Why is this soooo important? Because you are currently attracting. Your current feeling is a vibration, and this current vibration is what you are attracting more of… Just as you attracted this current circumstance sometime before now.
If you will look at this process very carefully, you will see that it is actually 3 separate parts being performed SIMULTANEOUSLY. As well, for each part there is a “way out” or loophole in owning the responsibility for attracting the current circumstance (as well as the POWER to change it). Let’s break it down.
HONESTY… Being anything but completely honest about how you currently feel creates loophole #1. If you try to sugar-coat, manipulate, or modify your current emotional state, you are not being honest with yourself. The old adage, “The truth will set you free” completely applies here. Honesty is simple and generally needs only 1 word: good or bad. If you start getting into a lot of description about how you feel, you’re probably starting to lose the honesty of the feeling and branching into loophole #2. So, when you or someone else asks how you feel, keep it simple. Be 100% honest with yourself, then you can include others as appropriate.
FEELING… Some of you may be wondering how can feeling become a loophole in the manifestation process. Well, when you are feeling negative, how easy is it to rationalize or analyze the feeling sensation rather than truly feel it? We talk ourselves out of our negative emotions, (which can be good since it helps create a shift faster) but some times we will also analyze our way out of positive feelings, too. Are you familiar with the phrase, “Too good to be true”. Simply put, when you are more comfortable in your head than in your body, you are probably rationalizing or analyzing, rather than truly feeling the emotion, the Energy-in-Motion. Over-rationalizing creates the “paralysis-of-analysis” and actually halts the flow of manifesting energy. As well, all rationalizations and analysis are based on knowledge gained in past experience, here in lies loophole #3.
CURRENT MOMENT… Being fully present means being CONSCIOUSLY aware physically, mentally, and emotionally. If our body is here, but our mind is somewhere else (past or future) and we are not aware of it, we are not really fully experiencing this moment. This is how most of the population operates on a daily basis, “half aware”, and their lives continue “comfortably” enough because fortunately, the basis of Life is well-being. But, contrast happens! When in the midst of an uncomfortable circumstance, being present at any level can be difficult to maintain. To cope with the uncomfortable circumstance we may not be honest about our feelings (loophole #1), and find ourselves rationalizing the current situation (loophole #2) since we were unable to maintain complete awareness in the current moment (loophole #3).
For instance, when we experience a strong negative reaction to a moment (contrast), chances are that we were not fully present (mentally) in that current moment, and negative remembrances from past experiences were brought into the current one amplifying our emotional experience (also known as vibration) sending forth a vibrational pattern that will attract another circumstance that will repeat the cycle all over again.This is why the better it gets, the better it gets. And, vice-versa.
Then when we have attracted that new circumstance and it brings up the same reaction, we are given another opportunity to be as present and consciously aware as possible in order to make a new choice on how to perceive the situation and change it to our liking.
I encourage you to take a gentle look at your coping mechanisms because they will show you areas of resistance. We are so programmed to believe that Life is supposed to be stressful that we accept our coping mechanisms as necessary survival skills.
Begin to HONESTLY feel your current moment. Feel the well-being that is the basis of your Life right now and begin to notice it more and more each day. The better it gets, the better it gets. This will give you the confidence to confront the contrast you’ve been coping with and create a new circumstance more to your liking.

What does Yoga have to do with the Law of Attraction?
What does Yoga have to do with the Law of Attraction? Believe it or not, everything! In the West, Yoga is generally thought of as a physical exercise for the very flexible. And while those physical postures are a part of Yoga, the Ancient Science includes so much more.
The term Yoga comes from 2 sanskrit terms "yuz' (meaning a medium) and "gha" (meaning action). Therefore, one meaning of Yoga is: a medium + an action = to achieve a desired result. In yoga practice, we use the body as a medium to control and still the mind to experience the liberation of the soul.
Yoga is commonly known to mean; yolk or bind. This means to yolk the mind to the body, yolk a soul to a soul (marriage), or the individual with the Divine Creator. In Yoga, the goal is to renew our individual mind with the "Mind of God", the Generator-the Organizer-the Deliverer. And this Mind, lives in every cell of our body. One of the goals of the physical yoga posturing we are so familiar with is to reconnect our awareness with our body's awareness of this ever-fresh "Mind of God" that is literally within us.
Being connected with this "Mind of God" also initiates the Generator-Organizer-Deliverer within. This is where we become not just the "attractor" of our experience, but the "Deliberate Creator" of our experience. This is Yoga, the Individual realizes their unity with the Divine Creator, and from there... attraction happens... consciously or unconsciously.
Whatever it is you want to create, and especially if you are in that place where you DON'T know what you want to create... Try on this experiment:
Twice a day; upon rising and upon retiring. Answer these questions from your innermost being. Your mission for the rest of the day is to stay connected with that place throughout your days experiences.
When you first become "aware that you are aware" (aka as "awake" for most people) in the morning, take notice of your breath and how you are breathing. Is it through your mouth, or nose, deep or shallow, continuous or with pauses, difficult or easy? Does the air feel cool, dry, or warm? Are your eyes open or closed? Is your body comfortable or in pain? Are you eager to be waking or dreading the day? Begin to slowly move your body.
Did you stretch before you got out of bed? Did it feel good? How do your clothes feel on your skin? Do you really enjoy wearing them?
How does the coffee REALLY taste? How about breakfast? Are you even hungry before you start eating? Eating fast or slow? Did you REALLY taste your food? Do you completely chew one bite and swallow it before taking the next? Are all your tastes and cravings satisfied? How does your stomach feel now?
Continue to notice your breath. Is it hard or easy? Deep or shallow? Does your belly move when you breathe or your chest, or both? Can you feel the air at the tip of your nostrils? Is your jaw tight?
To complete this exercise throughout the entire day may prove to be quite a daunting task. If so, try it for just half the day to start, but be sure to complete it at bedtime. It will assist you in being more aware of your transition into sleep.
This exercise will take you off "automatic" and put you into the mental plane of Yoga. Living off "automatic" may or may not be an enjoyable experience for you. The answers to these little seemingly insignificant questions will give you the places where you truly desire change and can easily start to create it. Within one week, your Life will begin to open up, attracting more of the experiences that you REALLY do want.
